How we handle your information.

Floor It 41 is a locally owned flooring showroom and installation team at 1074 Indiana 68, Haubstadt, IN 47639. You can reach us by phone at (812) 505-0109 or by text at (812) 664-4772.

This website does not ask you to create an account, and it does not use advertising trackers.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed, how visitors arrive and roughly where they are. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and receives information such as your IP address, device and browser type. We use these reports only to improve the site. You can block these cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

We also use Matomo, an analytics service hosted by Matomo Cloud, to count visits and page views. It is set up without cookies, receives similar technical information, and is used only for the same site reports.

A notice from CookieYes, our cookie consent provider, appears on your first visit. To opt out of analytics, choose "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" in that notice or at the bottom of any page. We then stop Google Analytics and Matomo for your browser. Your choice is saved in a cookie, so it applies until you clear your cookies or change it.

If you send an estimate request or a message through a form on this site, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone number, how you prefer to be contacted, your project start date if you give one, and the details you write, along with the page you sent it from. The form is delivered to our team by email through an email delivery provider, SendGrid.

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when a page is requested, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the date and time. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure and fix problems.

Whether you use a form, call, text or visit, we use the information you share, such as your name, phone number, address and details about your project, to answer your questions, prepare estimates, schedule measurements and installation, and provide service on your floor.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to serve you, for example with installers working on your project or with a financing provider if you choose to apply, or when the law requires it. We also use service providers that handle information for us: Redstitch Digital, which builds and maintains this website and receives copies of form submissions to make sure they arrive; SendGrid, which delivers form emails; our website host; and Google Analytics, Matomo and CookieYes as described above.

This website links to services we do not operate, including Google Maps, Facebook, Instagram and Synchrony. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we are required to keep. Call (812) 505-0109 or text (812) 664-4772 or visit the showroom to make a request.

If we add features that collect more information, we will update this policy before they go live. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
